1. Service
DeckForge ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered pitch deck generation service at deckforge.tech. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Free tier
Free users may generate 1 pitch deck per calendar day per IP address. We reserve the right to adjust this limit.
3. Paid plans
- Credits pack ($15) — grants 10 deck generations. Credits do not expire. No refunds after 3+ credits used.
- Monthly plan ($29/mo) — unlimited generations. Cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period.
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 3 credits have been used, or if the service was materially broken.
4. License keys
License keys are personal and non-transferable. Do not share your key publicly. We reserve the right to revoke keys used fraudulently or shared.
5. AI-generated content
Generated pitch decks are produced by Anthropic's Claude AI. DeckForge does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all content before presenting to investors.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use DeckForge to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to terminate access for misuse.
7. Liability
DeckForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for investment outcomes resulting from use of generated decks. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior 12 months.
8. Minimum age
You must be at least 16 years old to use DeckForge. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country requires otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
